Payment
Payments are expected in full on the day of service. We accept credit and debit cards, cash and checks. We also offer Care Credit.

Cancellations
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. We understand things happen and are happy to reschedule you. We want to be able to offer your slot to another client if you are not able to make your appointment. If you are a no call/no show there is a $25 charge for aesthetic appointments and a $10 charge for Direct Primary Care appointments

Gift Cards/Credit
Gift card balances are good for 2 years. They may be transferred once. Once the funds are deposited in a client account we ask they not be transferred again.
