Payment and other policies

  • Cancellations

    Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. We understand things happen and are happy to reschedule you. We want to be able to offer your slot to another client if you are not able to make your appointment. If you are a no call, no show, there is a $10 charge for Direct Primary Care appointments.

  • Payment

    Payments are expected in full on the day of service. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. We also offer Care Credit.

  • Insurance and Medicare

    We do not accept insurance, but suggest you carry a major medical or share plan.
    Many of the share plans such as Zion, Liberty, and Christian Medi-Share, offer discounts for DPC members. We cannot accept medicare.
