Our Whipped Tallow Body Butter is made using just 2 simple ingredients; Five times Rendered 100% Pure Beef Tallow infused with unrefined, cold-pressed organic golden jojoba oil. Our tallow is grass-fed and finished and locally sourced straight from our hometown butcher in Elizabeth, CO. It is hand-rendered five times for maximum purity and quality.
Our beef tallow is made using grass fed leaf fat (beef suet) from cattle. It is a rich source of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins including vitamins A, D, and K and is known for its nourishing and moisturizing properties. Tallow is often used as a natural skin moisturizer, providing deep hydration which helps to improve skin elasticity and is packed with fatty acids which can strengthen the skin barrier. It mimics the skins natural sebum and lipid profile, making it a fantastic body, hand or face lotion.
